Troubleshooting your digital picture frame

If you experience any of the following problems while using the picture frame, this troubleshooting guide can help you:

No image is displayed after power button is pressed

1. Make sure that the AC adapter is correctly connected to the digital picture frame & wall socket, and power LED is illuminated.

2. Make sure the images copied to the memory card or internal memory of the frame is in standard JPEG format. The frames do not support formats other than JPEG unless otherwise stated.

Digital picture frame does not read my memory card

Please re-format the memory card to FAT format and recopy the images to the memory card.

Digital picture frame is not showing pictures in full screen

The pictures not shown in full-screen are due to the ratio issue. The digital picture frame supports 16:9 ratio which is the standard widescreen format. For pictures taken different from 16:9 ratio will not be in full-screen when displaying on the DPF. To adjust to this issue, you have to resize the picture to 16:9 ratio. Currently most digital cameras do come with widescreen format picture adjustment which allows taking of widescreen photos. This will prevent issues of the digital picture frame not displaying full-screen in the future.
