- Why can't I see the unit price or the sample price?Dear friend, you must have forgotten to Sign Up for an account. Please do so by clicking the "Sign Up" on the top of the HomePage. Then please follow the step by step instructions and fill out the form with your TRUE and REAL information (or it will delay the approving process). Afterward, you will wait for a confirmation email. When you receive a confirmation email, you can use your login info and sign-in as an approved member. Then you can see the Sample price as "Your Price". - What is RFI Cart?RFI standards for Request for Information. You can treat it as a "Shopping Cart" for adding product samples. After you successfully become an approved member, you can see the "Price" of the item and add product sample to the RFI Cart and check out. Our representative will contact you within 2 business days to confirm your sample order.
- Is this a wholesale only website?Yes, this is an online wholesale (B2B) website. The listing Product Sample price in the website is the wholesale Sample price. The minimum order amount is $300 US dollars. We offer discount on volume sample ordering. Discount will be applied on orders exceeding certain amount for registered members only. If you have other questions, please feel free to contact us.
- Can I order just one or a couple of pieces of the Samples? Do you do retail?We are sorry, we do not do retail at the present. You must be a reseller or have a legitimate business use to buy from us.
- Do you have minimum order quantity requirement?No, you can order any quantity you wish. However the total value of your order has to meet minimum amount requirement: $300.00 US dollars.
