  • How to recycle your portable TV & DVD player? (for Maryland residents only)

    In order to recycle your portable TV and/or portable DVD player, please email our customer service representative @ contactus@axionzone.com to request for prepaid postage label and return shipping address.

    NOTES: Before sending your electronic devices, please make sure all your personal data is transfered to a safe location. You can factory default the electronic device to restore the orginial factory settings by following below procedures:

    1. Press MENU button on your remote control
    2. Goto SETTING submenu
    3. Select RESET option

    WARNING: Factory default will erase all the data permanently. Please email or call our tech support for further assistance.

     

     

     

  • What is our Shipping Policy? IMPORTANT

    All shipping products are to be shipped with UPS Ground or USPS Priority (subject to change without notice).  However, we ship primary with UPS for most shipments before 2:00pm PST during business days.  All orders confirmed after 2:00pm PST are to be shipped out the following business day. Not all shipment are qualified for Saturday delivery. Please check with your local postal service to see if they deliver mail on Saturdays.

    Next day (Express Mail) service cut off time at 1:00pm PST on every business day. Orders confirmed after 1:00pm PST will be shipped out the following business day. Upgraded express shipping service are not refundable.

    The item(s) you are about to order is(are) eligible for FREE Shipping*! *these items will be delivered freight prepaid to all direct shipping points located within the 48 continental United States (Hawaii and Alaska are not applicable). Service parts orders are generally not eligible for free shipping. Orders for service parts are subject to a per piece freight charge based on package weight and destination zone. And please make sure to fill out your additional ordering info in the "Note" box on the below right or for any question about your order, please send us an email to contactus@axionzone.com Our Axion Representative will get in touch with you in 1 to 3 business days.

    We only ship to Paypal confirmed delivery address. No exception. Axion is not responsible for any recall of shipment after it's shipped or any lost due to outdated address in Paypal. Shall any address needed to be updated, please inform us to hold your order for changes within 2 business hours after order is placed. Please email us at contactus@axionzone.com and provide your order confirmation number for further assistance.

  • When was Axion established?
    Once upon a time... Nah.. America Action (DBA Axion) was established in the 80's.  It has been doing CE importing and selling for quite a long time.  It will continue to serve its customers with the best procument services and the latest CE products. 
  • Why the "Your Price" seems a bit high?
    After you become an approved member, you can log in and browse through latest gadgets and electronics we sourced for you.  We have spent a lot of efforts soucing these coolest and latest gadgets and electronics so you don't have to!  The price you see on the website BEFORE logged in is the suggested retail price, NOT the price you will be buying.  After you sign up as a member and log in, we will give you a best (Your Price) when you place your order.
  • Why can't I see the Your Price or my ordering price?
    Dear friend, you must have forgotten to Sign Up for an account.  Please do so by clicking the "Sign Up" on the top of the HomePage.  Then please follow the step by step instructions and fill out the form with your TRUE and REAL information (or it will delay the approving process).  Afterward, you will wait for a confirmation email.  When you receive a confirmation email, you can use your login info and sign-in as an approved member.  Then you can see the "Your Price" or your ordering price.  If you still have questions, please email us at contactus@axionzone.com
  • What is the Shopping Cart?
    When you go to supermarket, you will see shopping carts...!  You can add products to your order.  After you successfully become an approved member, you can see the "Your Price" of the item and add products or items to the Shopping Cart and Check-out.

    No, you can order any quantity you wish.
  • Do you offer discounts for volume ordering or bulk purchasing at one time?
    Yes, we do.  The more you buy the more discounts you will get.  For bulk purchases, please contact sales@axionzone.com

  • What kind of payment methods do you accept?

    Paypal Payment ONLY please.  In Paypal, you can also pay it with your credit card.  Or you can send us Money Order or Cashier Check to Attn Accounting; 13620 5th Street, Chino, CA 91710, USA.  We highly recommend you send us an email before you mail out the check at contactus@axionzone.com

  • Can I fax my orders?

    Yes, you can print out the shopping cart page and fax it to us at 909-548-6603.  Or send us an email to sales@axionzone.com We will contact you as soon as we receive your fax/email order.

  • Are all items on your website available?
    No, sometimes certain item(s) will be out of stock. Please pardon us if this happens.  We are making our effort to make sure all items listed on our website are in stock.  Thank you for your understanding!
  • Do you take special large quantity orders on the items listed on your website?
    Yes, we do. Please allow about 30 ~ 60 days to complete the order over 2K pcs.  30% of the total invoice of the special order amount has to be pre-charged and non-refundable as the deposit for special orders.  Please contact us for more information or certain request on special orders either by email or by phone at sales@axionzone.com  /   909-548-6600 Sales
