  • What is our Shipping Policy?

    We ship primary with UPS for most shipments. (Subject to change without notice) All Free Shipping products are to be shipped with UPS Ground or USPS Priority.

    All orders confirmed before 2:00pm PST during business days are mostly shipped within the same day. All orders confirmed after 2:00pm PST are to be shipped out the following business day. Not all shipment are qualified for Saturday delivery. Please check with your local postal service to see if they deliver mail on Saturdays.

    Next day (Express Mail) service cut off time at 1:00pm PST on every business day. Orders confirmed after 1:00pm PST will be shipped out the following business day. Upgraded express shipping service are not refundable.

    We only ship to Paypal confirmed delivery address. No exception. Axion is not responsible for any recall of shipment after it's shipped or any lost due to outdated address in Paypal. Shall any address needed to be updated, please inform us to hold your order for changes within 2 business hours after order is placed. Please email us at contactus@axionzone.com and provide your order confirmation number for further assistance.

  • Troubleshooting your portable digital TV

    If you experience any of the following problems while using the digital TV, this troubleshooting guide can help you:

    The TV would not turn on
    1. Make sure that the AC adapter is correctly inserted to the digital TV and wall socket.
    2. Make sure that the wall socket has power (Some wall sockets are controlled by a switch).
    3. Make sure the battery is charged

    No sound
    1. Make sure the TV is not on mute by pressing MUTE on the remote control to turn off the mute mode
    2. Make sure that the volume of the headphone is not set to MIN when using a headphone.
    3. Make sure the audio language setting is correct

    No signal or poor picture
    1.  Adjust the orientation of your internal/telescoping antenna to improve TV reception.
    2.  Use an external antenna to improve TV reception.
    3.  Make sure the TV is not set to receive CATV signal
    4.  Make sure to check Digital TV signal coverage in your area at: http://www.fcc.gov/mb/engineering/maps/

    Remote control does not work
    1. Remove obstructions between the remote control and the player.
    2. Point the remote control at the remote control sensor of the player.
    3. Replace the batteries with new ones.

  • Troubleshooting your portable DVD player

    If you experience any of the following problems while using the player, this troubleshooting guide can help you:

    Disc cannot be played
    1. Make sure that the disc is placed on the disc tray correctly, with the label side up.
    2. Make sure you are using the correct type of disc (Digital Video Discs, audio CDs, or MP3s).
    3. Both the player and disc are coded by region. If the region codes do not match, the disc cannot be played. This player is coded for Region 1 discs.

    Disc play starts, then stops immediately
    1. The disc might be dirty. Clean it.
    2. Condensation has formed in the player. Let the player dry out and try again.

    No sound or distorted sound
    1. Make sure your DVD disc is inserted properly and that all cables are securely connected to the correct jacks.
    2. Make sure that the volume of the headphone is not set to MIN when using a headphone.
    3. Make sure that the audio output mode is set correctly.
    4. Make sure that the audio connection between the player and amplifier is correct.

    No image or distorted picture
    1. Make sure your disc is inserted properly and that all cables are securely connected to the correct jacks.
    2.  It is normal for some distortion to appear during forward or reverse scan.
    3. The disc might be damaged. Try another disc.

    The hand icon appears on the screen
    The selected feature or action cannot be completed at this time because:
    1. The disc software restricts it.
    2. The disc software does not support the feature (such as angles).
    3. The feature is not available at the moment.
    4. You have requested a title or chapter that is out of range.

    No forward or reverse scan
    1. You cannot advance through the opening credits and warning information at the beginning of movies because the   disc is programmed to prohibit that action.
    2. Some discs have sections that prohibit rapid scanning or title & chapter skip.

    Remote control does not work
    1. Remove obstructions between the remote control and the player.
    2. Point the remote control at the remote control sensor of the player.
    3. Replace the batteries with new ones.

    No power
    1. If running on AC power:
         Make sure that the AC adapter is correctly inserted to the DVD player and wall socket.
         Make sure that the wall socket has power (Some wall sockets are controlled by a switch).
    2. If running on battery power:
         Make sure that the battery is secured in place on the back of the DVD player.
         Make sure that the battery is fully charged.

  • Troubleshooting your digital picture frame

    If you experience any of the following problems while using the picture frame, this troubleshooting guide can help you:

    No image is displayed after power button is pressed
    1. Make sure that the AC adapter is correctly connected to the digital picture frame & wall socket, and power LED is illuminated.
    2. Make sure the images copied to the memory card or internal memory of the frame is in standard JPEG format. The frames do not support formats other than JPEG unless otherwise stated.

    Digital picture frame does not read my memory card
    Please re-format the memory card to FAT format and recopy the images to the memory card.

    Digital picture frame is not showing pictures in full screen
    The pictures not shown in full-screen are due to the ratio issue. The digital picture frame supports 16:9 ratio which is the standard widescreen format. For pictures taken different from 16:9 ratio will not be in full-screen when displaying on the DPF. To adjust to this issue, you have to resize the picture to 16:9 ratio. Currently most digital cameras do come with widescreen format picture adjustment which allows taking of widescreen photos. This will prevent issues of the digital picture frame not displaying full-screen in the future.

  • Warranty status inquiry

    How do I get service for my products?
    To obtain warranty service, you will be required to do one of the following: fill out an online RMA Request Form, print the form, fill it out and fax it to 1-909-548-6603, or call AXN's Customer Service number at 1-909-548-6607. You will be asked to provide the following information:
        A. Customer information (name, day-time phone number, and/or residential address)
        B. Proof of your purchase (purchase receipt, gift receipt, sales invoice, and/or packing list)
        C. Product model number.
        D. Product serial number.
        E. A description of the problem.
        F. Payment information (If any payment is required, you will be asked to provide this information beforehand.  Currently, we only accept personal check, money order or cashier's check.  The time for us to clear a personal check is approximately 20 days; 10 days for any money order or cashier's check.

    Please read Product Warranty Information in the User's Manual for more detailed information.

    How long the warranty is effective?
    Axion products are warranted for one (1) year for parts and ninety (90) days for labor, starting from the original date of purchase/invoice.

    Can I get a refund/exchange?
        Please consult with original retailer. Axion is only the manufacturer and service center.

    What if I do not have the sales receipt?
        Please contact original retailer for receipt in order for Axion to honor the warranty.
